1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Fair Value Betting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting, creating an account, or using any feature, model, content, data, or service we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be at least 21 years old in the U.S. (or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use is legal where you are located.
• We do not operate a sportsbook and do not accept or place wagers.

3) Accounts, Security & Responsible Use

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account; keep credentials secure.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

4) Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

• Some features require a paid subscription; prices, features, and limits may change.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel in your account settings; access continues through the current billing period.
• Fees are generally non-refundable (including partial periods) except where required by law.
• You authorize charges to your payment method for fees, taxes, and any add-ons.

5) License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. All content, models, code, data, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

6) Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, bulk downloading, or automated querying without our written permission.
• Circumventing technical protections, rate limits, access controls, or paywalls.
• Using the Services where wagering or wagering-related tools are restricted or illegal.
• Violating any law or third-party rights, or interfering with Service security or operation.

7) Data Sources, Models & Accuracy

Outputs (e.g., expected value estimates, probabilities, comparisons, alerts) may incorporate third-party data and market information that can change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee correctness, timeliness, completeness, or availability. Modeling involves uncertainty; past performance does not guarantee future results.

8) No Betting, Financial, or Legal Advice

The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not advice of any kind. We do not recommend or encourage wagers. Any decisions you make—including wagering—are solely your responsibility and at your own risk. Seek professional advice if needed.

9) Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Services may reference third-party websites, sportsbooks, tools, or APIs. We do not control or endorse third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10) Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, governing law) will survive termination.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You agree that any disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and the Company waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Where permitted, disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class or representative action.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting on our site or emailing you). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
